مدیریت بازیافت پسماندهای ورزشی در استادیوم های فوتبال ایران: مطالعه‌ای با هدف راهکارهای محیط زیستی

چکیده
مدیریت پسماندهای ورزشی در استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران به یکی از مسائل مهم زیست‌محیطی و مدیریتی تبدیل شده است. این پژوهش به بررسی مدیریت بازیافت پسماندهای ورزشی در استادیوم‌های فوتبال لیگ برتر خلیج فارس در شهرهای تهران، تبریز، اصفهان، انزلی و اهواز؛ در استادیوم‌های شهدای شهر قدس، یادگار امام، نقش جهان، سن سیروس و فولادآرنا می‌پردازد. پژوهش با روش آمیخته اجرا شد؛ در بخش کیفی از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی برای گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع استفاده شد و تحلیل کدگذاری منجر به استخراج ۱۳۸ گویه در هشت بعد اصلی گردید. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای مبتنی بر این گویه‌ها بین ۱۵۰ نفر توزیع شد و داده‌ها با آزمون ناپارامتریک فریدمن تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد بعد فرهنگ‌سازی و باور عمومی با بالاترین میانگین در رتبه نخست قرار دارد و بر نقش نگرش‌ها و ارزش‌های فرهنگی در موفقیت برنامه‌های زیست‌محیطی تأکید می‌کند. پس از آن، ابعاد زیرساخت‌های هوشمند بازیافت و مشارکت تماشاگران و داوطلبان اهمیت بیشتری یافتند؛ در حالی که تعامل سازمانی کمترین امتیاز را کسب کرد و ضعف هماهنگی نهادی را آشکار ساخت. تمرکز بر چند استادیوم لیگ برتر و تکیه بر پاسخ‌های ادراکی مشارکت‌کنندگان، تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج را محدود می‌کند و نیاز به مطالعات گسترده‌تر در سایر شهرها و رشته‌های ورزشی را نشان می‌دهد. در مجموع، پژوهش حاضر تصویری جامع از وضعیت موجود ارائه می‌دهد و راهکارهایی برای عبور استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران از تولید پسماند به الگوی مدیریت سبز پیشنهاد می‌کند.
