طراحی سامانه‌ی هشدار سریع برای تشخیص ناهنجاری‌ها در فرایندهای با ابعاد بالا با استفاده از سیستم استنتاج فازی عصبی تطبیقی

چکیده
در سال‌های اخیر، پایش هوشمند کیفیت آب و تشخیص زودهنگام آلودگی به دلیل رفتار غیرخطی، نویز و عدم قطعیت داده‌های محیطی، به یکی از چالش‌های مهم مدیریت منابع آب تبدیل شده است. در این پژوهش، چارچوب ترکیبی مبتنی بر تبدیل موجک و سیستم استنتاج فازی-عصبی تطبیقی برای تشخیص ناهنجاری‌های کیفیت آب ارائه شده است. ابتدا غلظت فسفات کل (TP) با استفاده از رابطه ساروگیت برآورد شد. سپس سری زمانی با استفاده از تبدیل موجک نویززدایی و به عنوان ورودی مدل ANFIS استفاده گردید. پس از آموزش مدل، خطای باقی‌مانده بین مقادیر واقعی و پیش‌بینی‌شده استخراج و آستانه تشخیص ناهنجاری بر اساس برازش توزیع‌های آماری مختلف تعیین شد. نتایج شاخص‌های آماری شامل AIC، BIC و آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف نشان داد که توزیع لجستیک نسبت به توزیع‌های نرمال و لاپلاس برازش مناسب‌تری برای مدل‌سازی خطاهای باقی‌مانده ارائه می‌دهد. برای ارزیابی عملکرد مدل، دو سناریوی آلودگی با شدت‌های مختلف تعریف و ازشاخص های ارزیابی ماتریس درهم‌ریختگی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل Wavelet–ANFIS در سناریوی دوم با دستیابی به Accuracy برابر با 98.07%، Recall برابر با 98.98%، Specificity برابر با 99.04% و F1-score برابر با 99.08% بهترین عملکرد را ارائه داده است. همچنین استفاده از تبدیل موجک پیش از مرحله یادگیری موجب کاهش خطا، بهبود پایداری مدل و افزایش توانایی تشخیص رخدادهای واقعی آلودگی شده است. نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که چارچوب پیشنهادی Wavelet–ANFIS می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری مؤثر برای پایش هوشمند کیفیت آب و هشدار سریع آلودگی در محیط‌های دارای داده‌های غیرخطی و نویزی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
