محلههای سنتی، بهعنوان بخشی از میراث فرهنگی و تاریخی شهرها، با چالشهایی در زمینه حفظ هویت، کیفیت زیستپذیری و سازگاری با نیازهای مدرن مواجهاند. محله چرنداب تبریز نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست و توسعه آن با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد مختلف پایداری ضروری به نظر میرسد. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر ابعاد پایداری (کالبدی، زیستمحیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی) بر توسعه محله چرنداب با رویکرد پایداری محیطی و چشم انداز آینده انجام شده است. روش تحقیق بهصورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) با استفاده از نرمافزار SmartPLS انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان و متخصصان حوزه معماری، شهرسازی، محیط زیست و برنامهریزی شهری بود که دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد با ۳۰ سؤال در مقیاس لیکرت جمعآوری شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که پایداری کالبدی با ضریب مسیر ۰.۴۵ بیشترین تأثیر را بر توسعه محله دارد و تأکید آن بر بازآفرینی فضاهای فرسوده و طراحی اقلیمی است. پایداری زیستمحیطی با ضریب مسیر ۰.۳۸ بر کاهش آلودگی و مدیریت منابع طبیعی تأکید دارد. پایداری اجتماعی با ضریب مسیر ۰.۳۲ انسجام محلی و مشارکت ساکنان را تقویت میکند. پایداری اقتصادی نیز با ضریب مسیر ۰.۲۹ از طریق حمایت از کسبوکارهای محلی و جذب سرمایهگذاری مؤثر است. نتایج نشان داد که توسعه پایدار محله چرنداب نیازمند توجه همزمان به تمامی ابعاد پایداری است. این تحقیق الگویی کاربردی برای بازآفرینی محلههای سنتی با حفظ ارزشهای فرهنگی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی ارائه میدهد.
