ارزیابی زیست محیطی چرخه حیات تولیداتیلن گلیکول در صنعت پتروشیمی

چکیده
این مطالعه با هدف انجام ارزیابی زیست‌محیطی چرخه‌عمر تولید اتیلن‌گلیکول در صنعت پتروشیمی ایران صورت گرفته است و در تلاش است تا با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد کمی و نظام‌مند ارزیابی چرخه‌عمر اثرات زیست‌محیطی تولید یک تن اتیلن‌گلیکول را شناسایی و کمی‌سازی کرده و نقاط بحرانی فرآیند را تعیین کند. روش تحقیق بر مبنای استانداردهای سری ISO 14040 تدوین شد. مرز سیستم با رویکرد «دروازه تا دروازه» تعریف و واحد عملکردی «تولید یک تن اتیلن‌گلیکول» در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی اثرگذاری زیست‌محیطی تولید اتیلن‌گلیکول به‌طور معناداری تحت تأثیر واحدهای یوتیلیتی و فرآیندهای پشتیبان قرار دارد. در دسته اثر گرمایش جهانی، واحد تولید برق و پس از آن تولید بخار بیشترین سهم را در انتشار معادل CO₂ به خود اختصاص دادند که بیانگر نقش غالب تأمین انرژی مبتنی بر سوخت‌های فسیلی در شکل‌دهی ردپای کربن محصول است. در دسته‌های مرتبط با سلامت انسان، از جمله اثرات سرطان‌زا و اثرات تنفسی آلی و غیرآلی نیز واحد تولید برق به‌عنوان نقطه بحرانی اصلی شناسایی شد؛ امری که نشان‌دهنده سهم بالای انتشارهای احتراقی و آلاینده‌های مرتبط با آن است. در مقابل، در دسته اثر غیرسرطان‌زاها، سهم غالب به واحد تولید آب صنعتی اختصاص یافت که اهمیت مصرف مواد شیمیایی و مدیریت جریان‌های مرتبط با آب را در اثرات سلامت‌محور برجسته می‌کند. در مجموع، یافته‌های پژوهش تأیید می‌کند که بهبود عملکرد زیست‌محیطی تولید اتیلن‌گلیکول مستلزم رویکردی یکپارچه است که به‌صورت هم‌زمان بر بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی (برق و بخار)، کاهش انتشارهای احتراقی، ارتقای مدیریت آب و پساب و بهبود مدیریت پسماند تمرکز کند.
