Abstract
The main objective of this study was to identify and prioritize the drivers for enhancing environmental corporate social responsibility through a circular economy approach. In terms of methodology, this research is a mixed-methods study based on structural interaction matrix analysis with a strategic futures studies approach, and in terms of purpose, it is applied research. The statistical population consisted of 26 experts, including university professors and senior managers of organizations active in the field of environment in the country, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through library studies, structured interviews, and a scoring questionnaire based on the structural interaction matrix, and were analyzed using MICMAC software. The findings indicated that the drivers of "creating financial incentives and allocating rewards for environmentally friendly behaviors," "developing human resource training programs for responsible environmental behavior," and "promoting and improving organizational culture based on continuous environmental responsibility" are the most influential drivers for enhancing environmental corporate social responsibility through a circular economy approach. The results showed that identifying and prioritizing these drivers enables organizations to focus on key influential factors and allocate resources effectively. This leads to improved environmental performance, enhanced employee participation, and better stakeholder engagement.
