Fire risk assessment in Tehran's 20th district with ‎the fire risk grading method

Abstract The current research deals with the issue of existing lack of safety and fire risk assessment in the ‎‎20th district of Tehran (Shahrari) in the area of Fadaiyan Islam Street. Qualitative risk assessment of ‎fire risk with the FRAGM fire risk rating method is in a range of this area. At first, the entire area is ‎divided into two parts, district 4 in the eastern part and district 2 in the western part of Fadaiyan ‎Islam Street, and then based on seven indicators including: type of construction materials, ‎availability of fire sources, fire extinguishing scenario, electrical wiring, Fire history, building ‎density and area accessibility are analyzed and scored. The eastern part is divided into 7 sub-parts ‎and the western part is divided into ten sub-parts. According to the findings of the research, the ‎overall average of the total indicators of the western 1st to the western 10th range is 45.2 with a high ‎evaluation degree, while the total evaluation of the indicators of the eastern 1st to the eastern 7th ‎range is 32.28, which is an upward average evaluation grade. has been The results indicate that the ‎greatest risk of risk is in the eastern part in terms of residential, Orkideh and Razi complex, and in ‎terms of industrial Ebrahimi and Kazemzadeh streets. In the western part of Varamin vegetable oil ‎factory and industrial production workshops in Shahid Ghaibi street, sub-Zohrevand street, the most ‎risks have been assigned to them. Monitoring and inspection of informal workshops and organizing ‎abandoned areas can prevent fire risk reduction.‎

Environmental Sustainable Supply Chain Risk Assessment Using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process in Iranian Electricity Industry

Abstract The environmental risk of the supply chain in the electricity industry is of great importance due to the many indicators and the extent of this industry. The expansion of the supply chain and the amount of fossil fuels consumed in this industry increases the importance of studies based on sustainability and compatible with the environment. As a result, the proper recognition and prioritization of the criteria affecting the green supply chain will greatly help the planners and operators of the electricity industry in order to reduce the environmental risk. In this study, an attempt is made to evaluate and investigate the risk of sustainable environmental supply chain using fuzzy hierarchical analysis (Cheng's method) in Iran's power plant industry. In this regard, 19 indicators were identified, collected and proposed based on interviews and review of past studies. Using the hierarchical analysis model in the fuzzy space and the opinions of 10 industrial and academic experts, the criteria were compared two by two and finally prioritized. According to experts, the modification of the price of energy carriers will have the greatest impact and the use of towers and masts with greater height will have the least impact on the risk of the sustainable environmental supply chain in Iran's power plant industry.

Analysis of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) situation focusing on occupational accidents in oil fields, a case study of Yadavaran oil field

Abstract Occupational incidents in the oil industry have difficulties and problems in the various phases of construction and operation. In this research, we tried to investigate the effect of oil industry risk in phase construction in one of the largest oilfields in the country, Yadavaran field in Khuzestan province. For this purpose, the FMEA model has been used that is typically used to assess the risk of occupational accidents. According to surveys, interviews and statistics, 47 job incidents were identified during the construction phase of this oil field and the details were collected. According to the obtained results, the value of the risk priority value is obtained by an average of 212. Also, based on the type of events classified, several corrections’ suggestions were proposed, which is expected to decreased the RPN to 133.2 which shows a reduction of 37% of the risk priority number. Although changes have been made in the form of low-cost, continuous and periodic suggestions that showed the positive impact of the reform in this area.
